I have been practicing massage since 2009 and I can't imagine myself doing anything else! I have an Associates Degree in Clinical Sports Massage Therapy from Saint Paul College where I learned extensive sports and deep tissue techniques and I am always looking to incorporate new massage modalities into my practice through continuing education. Over the years, my practice has developed in a way that most people describe as relaxing yet effective. I use an assortment of deep tissue, swedish, and therapeutic techniques including myofascial release with cupping, active release, and trigger point therapy to help identify each clients aches and pains, manipulate the soft tissue, and reduce stress. Seeing the transformation that takes place after a client has left my table and how far they've come in their healing after continued bodywork is the best part of my job.
